I was born with a big head almost 50 years ago weighing 10-lbs. 5-½ oz. The doctor said "Don't drop her, she'll get up and walk out of here". My sister swears that everyone thought I had a water head growing up, because my head was the same size as it is now. My mother always said I was the perfect baby because I slept 23 hours and ate the other. I am the second of five children, born to an oilman and a golfer. My siblings are all two years apart, a testimony of the rhythm birth control of a catholic family. I never wanted to marry, as I thought it would interfere with what I wanted to do. I graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana, firmly cementing my Cajun status. After graduation, with the prospect looming of living in a town with my entire family, I moved to Houston, Texas.
When I find something I like, I stick with it. I have worked for FJH for the past 25 years, running his life. I love to travel. At 33, I went on my first solo vacation to Belize and went every year thereafter for 8 years. I am currently on a Paris, France kick. My hobbies are traveling, movies, reading, needlepointing. I have more friends than the law allows, although that may be because since I am not married, people think I have the time for it. When I turned 40, two good couple friends sent me their wills in which I was left their children if something happened to them. I always wonder why the insurance policies weren't attached. I never petted, nor liked animals, until three years ago when I acquired a bichon frisee named Hannah. She trained me very easily, which surprises me even today. I love her dearly but will never own another dog again. I have experienced great sadness in my life with the deaths of my good friends, Hank and Benjamin, although I consider myself the luckiest girl in the world to have my mom and dad, healthy, sassy and alive.
I always thought I would do something great in my life, but so far it has not happened. I am sure that it will, which continues the "big head" concept through today.

My Biography - Written 10 years ago
I wrote this for a class I was taking 10 years ago.....Not much has changed except I don't work for FJH, my dear parents are gone, Hannah lives with Sno-Ball and Paris and I don't needlepoint all that often....I still love Paris, love to read and my two sisters have followed me to Houston.
