I love my workout place. (The One Fitness). It is next to Buffalo Grill on Woodway and Voss. It is a small workout facility with GREAT TRAINERS, Great Showers and Locker Rooms and wonderful machines.
But it is the people that work there that are so much fun. When you enter, you will be greated by KIWI.
Now her name is Kewanna and I knew right away I wasn't going to "get her name", so she had to go by a name I could remember, and she is Kiwi to me. She is so sweet and always makes sure you get a towel, some water and anything else you need.
There are a variety of trainers. And they are all great. Not the least is my trainer, Tarsha Jackson. She not only trains you, she cares about you, your diet, your welfare. Let's just say she is my new best friend. .http://www.getfitwithtarsha.com//
My hero is Jeremiah (see above). He really gets into the world cup and you can see him with his face painted for his team. Now that it is down to Spain and Germany, he is for Germany. And so am I. My last name isn't Rebstock (the vine the grape grows on in German) for nothing.
So the morning of the World Cup Semi-Finals, I got up at 5:30 am and went down to the Gym where Jeremiah did his magic.
