I have the greatest trainer. Just look at her "guns". Her name is Tarsha Jackson and she trains me three times a week at The One Fitness at Woodway and Voss. It is a small gym with just the right amount of people there. Perfect for me. At any rate,on Saturdays, Tarsha meets me at 7 am at the "hill" on Memorial and Waugh. Now the picture of the hill doesn't look daunting, but believe me, after going up and down, sideways, backwards and forward 16 times, you are soaking wet, exhausted and exhilarated as in "yea, I did it!". It's a great way to start the weekend. And the best thing about it is anyone can join us....Come meet us one Saturday, you will love it!

ReplyDeleteIt must be awe-inspiring and invigorating to train under the guidance of figure athlete Ms. Tarsha Jackson herself. Kudos for the photo! That is a glorious and rousing image to behold of the mighty Tarsha Jack(ed)son strutting and exhibiting her built physique in public for viewing pleasure. I love how Tarsha expresses her right to bear arms and puts her “guns” on display and flaunts them for a photo op.
Goodness, check out the thickness of Tarsha’s arms! I can’t get beyond how remarkably dense and solid her arms are when flexed. She’s a brick house! Tarsha is beyond question, genetically blessed and a physical specimen; she exemplifies the archetypical hard-body, is a workhorse when training, and is an absolute powerhouse in the strength department. Phew, what a woman!
That is by far one of the best natural and casual poses I’ve ever seen of her. Tarsha has muscles for days and is ripped. Its extraordinary how her rear double bicep pose alone activates a great deal of muscle-mass throughout her torso without her contracting any of her other muscles. Her shoulders and back are immensely wide and thick, giving her an eye-catching V-taper and tiny waist.
Furthermore, her robustness visibly indicates that she has a powerful upper body and an incredibly strong back. Tarsha is drop dead gorgeous; her beauty is heavenly and her body is breathtaking; she is a living work of art.
