VISION BOARD

I have in my office, what I most commonly refer to as my "Vision Board". You have all heard Oprah talk about it, you put pictures of where you want to be in 2 years, places you want to travel to, things you want to do. As you can see,

Boy, do I have a vision.

The only problem is I can't tell one vision
from the next. My project for today is to take down all the mess on my board and "begin, again". This time I am concentrating on what I really want and leaving a little space for what I will want in the future.

By the way, I think this works. I cut an ad out of Paper City of engagement rings coming out of chocolate candy. I loved the look of the ad. As you all know I was in commercial real estate working for FJH for 31 years. Then I was Vice-President of Operations for a residential real estate firm for one year. So when I got a call from Colleen when I was looking for a job and she tells me to go talk to the person who owns Past Era Antique Jewelry, I told her no, at first. I didn't know anything about jewelry (except that I loved it), but I ended up going and loving the owner and the people who worked there. Long story short, when I walked in to interview, The Chocolate/Engagement Ring Ad was on the wall. Yes, it was for Past Era Antique Jewelry (PastEra.com)

And now I am in charge of advertising and marketing! What a Vision! (and I had no idea I had it).
